Saturday, June 20 (8:30am to 11:30am; WOW booth hours only) Environmental Art: Theresa Morr will join WOW with a demonstration of what environmental art may look like. This is art that helps improve our relationship with the natural world. Theresa will have a model of a mulch border shaped in a simple art form, which demonstrates its environmental benefits in keeping gardens moist and providing moisture for garden creatures. Kids will be able to make a small sculpture, made of natural materials, which they may either take home or add to a larger piece that can be installed in a natural environment (like the wetlands) to provide unique shelter for its inhabitants. We hope to see you Saturday for this really cool demonstration.
